Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your WATTsun subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or your most recent renewal.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all WATTsun orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Submit a refund request through Paddle's portal.
  3. Or email us at support@wattsun.app and we'll initiate the request on your behalf.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Billing in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.

Free trial

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
